How do I return merchandise?

Check contents immediately upon receiving. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 48 hours of receipt. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 15 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization. Please include the following information: Full name and address Phone number E-mail address Original Order Confirmation Number Reason for return Please send all this information via email to orders@fragrance-world.net and wait for return instructions. For security, please return your merchandise with a trackable courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation). Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange. Claims on orders not received: You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you did not receive it.
